Rate my Pok�mon soulsilver team?

Is it a competitive team. If yes then it is a poor team. In general some of the pokemon are very good such as Ttar and scizor but the move sets need allot of work. 4 fire type moves on one pokemon? That is NOT a good idea, what happens if you are against a type resistant to fire? In most cases you only need one of a type in anyone move set. Another tip is that while 2 turn moves are powerful, it gives the opponent a advantage that can be costly to your team.
